Installation, Commissioning & Seminares
Our services range from shipment to start of operation of your machine.
Skilled and top trained specialists install our machines at site, accomplish all relevant inspections regarding mechanics, electrics and controls according to KMPT-SAT (site acceptance test) and put your machine in operation.
A final optimisation to ensure maximum performance and training of your operating personell may be conducted on demand. Qualified personell is a key factor for highest machine productivity.
Scope of services (exemplary):
- Unloading and installation of the machine at site, alternatively verification of installation.
- Cold start-up = SAT (site acceptance test) without product
- Warm start-up = SAT with product
- Training of operating and service personell
- Optimisation of current process
Seminares:
We train your operating personnel during the commissioning of the plant. In addition, we also offer seminars for maintenance and operation of our entire line of Krauss-Maffei process equipment. This training can be conducted at our site or yours.
